My name is M. Adrian Mattocks and I am finishing up a Ph.D. in cancer cell biology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (though my lab is at Carolinas Medical Center…long story).  This is just a place for me to post essays, observations and other miscellanous things, mainly as a tool to help me focus my thinking on public policy issues and to rant.
